If you go to the fx website and click on nip tuck then go to this week and then go to season 2 episode 7 you get a brief glimpse of the carver with no mask..... You can't really tell who it is but it does keep you guessing...

Right at the beginning when Naomi begins talking, they flashback to her with the carver, pause it right as they begging showing the flashback, I was trying to take a screen shot but I don't know how.
