Shoot, my FH called right at the very end. Was Julia's mother really alive or was she imagining that she was?

First of all Julia is pregant! I didn't see that one coming and they left it off as her mom is still alive. Julia comes home to see her mom sitting on the couch because she didn't like the way they left off. Who knows.... maybe it will turn out to be a dream.....
