NJ Restaurant for Meet the Parents

So we're doing the meet the parents in NJ (halfway between both his parents in NJ and mine in NY) at a portugese restaurant on rte 46 called Sevilla...

Anyone heard of it?

Yes, I live right down the road. It is excellent for Spanish food. I am also doing a meet and greet soon (parents from NY and PA!!! but we live in NJ).

Some other choices:

Bazarelli - inexpensive Italian food.
Giannis (sp?) - family style but very loud.
Il Tinello - my personal favorite and this is where we are going - very small, quite, intimate, city-like restaurant. More pricey than the others but still cheaper than Manhattan.

Edited to say: the Seville I mentioned is right off 46 on Liberty Street, as are the others I mentioned.

Actually, before you take my word to the bank, let me make certain I am thinking of the correct restaurant (there are 2 right across the street from each other - one is always EMPTY so I would recommend you not go there. But the other is the one that is delicious). So, i will verify when I see it again on the lovely bus ride home tonight and I will let you know when i get home.

But the other restaurants I mentioned I am positive of b/c I have eaten there several times.

Okay - I am a jerk. Neither one of those restaurants!!! Woooops! The good one i was talking about is called Segovia - yummy. The bad one is Villa of Spain. And I hate to say it but my FH and I can't remember anything about Sevilla. Duh! Sorry!. What town are you in over there? I am going to Bridals by Roma tonight in Clifton? Do you know if it is any good?
