I just have to share that I really wish you guys could see me right now...I have no idea how this tiara thing works 9 I think I have it on worng) and I havent showered so I look yucky, plus I put the necklace and earrings on, and due to EXTREME swelling of my face I cant smile, but I tried and I almost cried, I look like a freaking backwoods trailer park girl with a huge swollen face and eyes trying to pretend to be a bride...actually its HILARIOUS...please try to get a mental picture and then reliaze it's WORSE!!!!!!!!!

Jan05 works down the block from me. But that's not my story. I met a few girls at the GTG back in January. And I keep in touch via email with Ericia. I've spoken on the phone to a few posters too, which I think is cool. Makes it more real, I think. Felicia, I was under the impression that you knew people personally. I don't know why.

The GTGs sound like such fun, and I'm sure its great to meet at them and put names to faces .. I cannot make the Chili's one this weekend because we'll be out of town at a wedding .. not sure about the other ones?
Funny you say that Kelly ... nope, I don't know anyone personally on here, though I've gotten chummy with a few of the girls from posting so often on the BHB board in the beginning .. I live in Westchester so everyone is pretty far away .. and for me I needed all the help I could get planning a wedding on LI with NO knowledge of LI whatsoever

I didn't mean to build this up! It just so happens that Jan05Bride and I know alot of the same people. She lives in my FH's neighborhood and actually thought he was already married when I told her his name. My FH used to hang out with her cousin...And I knew her cousin through another mutual friend for a while before I started dating FH. Plus, as it turns out Jan05Bride and I discovered that we both briefly dated the same guy.Oh...And my FH and her FH graduated from HS together and dressed alike one Halloween many, many years ago!! AND, to top it all off, Jan05Bride works down the block from where I work.
