no cake, no camera

So as of today, I STILL haven't ordered my wedding cake ... i've tried to several times over the past 2 weeks but my banquet manager never responds tried calling last night but he was already gone for the day ... i'll be calling him at noon when he gets in. VERY annoying!!! i hope the bakery still has time to make my cake!!!

and as if i needed anyting else to be annoyed at, my camera decided to break last night .... now mind you that this is a $700 SLR camera that i JUST bought in May .... it decided to stop taking pictures and show an error on the screen ... i wanted to give my brother my camera so he could take pics at the wedding with it ... guess that's not happening. And i kinda doubt it'll be fixed in time for the HM next month. SOOOOO mad!

omg i would have freaked if i didnt order my cake a couple days before the wedding! lol sorry about your camera

ETA: can you call the bakery yourself? that's what we had to do for ours. everything went through the bakery instead of the BM.

oh no! definately try the bakery directly. And if you have time, bring the camera in to fix today.. maybe it's not serious and they can fix it in a few minutes. You gotta have it for your honeymoon!

They will be able to make your cake. Dont freak out.

Have someone bring your camera in to get fixed. It'll get done by the HM and plenty of people will be taking pictures at the wedding - you'll have plenty -

You should still have a warranty if the camera was only purchased in May...

As far as the cake... you better go over there if they arent responsive on the phone...

Yeah, i'm not worried about it not being fixed .... i'm worried about it not being fixed *in time* .... plus, i really dind't want another thing to add to my 'to do' list.

as far as the cake, i kept waiting and waiting for the banquet manager because it didn't feel urgent (it hasn't quite sunk in that i have 3 days till my wedding ) ... it'll get done eventually and be ok, i'm sure.
