NO E-Pics Tonight... but there is a VERY happy ending:
We had our appointment with Gary Leli tonight and when we got there he said 'well, are you guys ready?' and I was like 'OK' (reluctantly) because it was so gray and depressing outside. I just didn' t think beach pics would look very nice all over-cast and glum. Well, neither did Gary so what he did was offer us something MUCH better:
He said that News 12 is going to do a spotlight on him and his Photography Studio at Old Westbury Gardens and video him taking pics of a couple of soon-to-be-newlyweds. He just wasn't sure who to ask--until tonight!!!! So he asked Vinny and I if we would like to come to Old Westbury Gardens-- take pics, be on News 12 and be intereviewed!! So of course we said YES!!!
It was SO nice of him to offer this and we are so excited. It is going to be taped one week from tomorrow (Friday July 7, 2006) and then it will air about a week after that (I'll let you guys know when if you want!!)... But because I'm in a rush to get the pics back ASAP b/c my E-party is only two days after that he said he's going to rush home and take them to the lab RIGHT AWAY for us so we can pick them up the NEXT day!!!!!!! How nice of him??? OK, this is a little long but I just wanted to let you guys know what a great photog and person he is-- and that we are going to be on News 12!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!![]()
