no friggan fair..

FH called to tell me he landed in vegas, and couldn't help but mention he had to go to find out where the limo is picking him up.

I know mine's in 3 weeks, but I'm severely depressed I don't have rich friends like he does.

I'm in the same boat.....FH is going to Atlantic City, not Vegas I know, but still a getaway trip. I know I'm just going to a bar in Manhattan.

is it sad that we both sound a bit selfish? lol. but come on its our time. jesus.

Ive only been to vegas once (wanna go back sooooo bad) and never AC. And i feel that if people had a year's notice it could have been done.

I just found out my trip to the city costs $180 per person (myself, limo, lips restuarant, and a 'surprise') and people had 3 months notice, and it kills me that no one could pay $20 a week to my friend and FSIL to make it work the way I wanted).

my friends lack the ability to come up with a savings plan.

i feel ya ladies my fh is going to ac with a group of guys.
I just had my bachelorette party last sat....we didnt go to vegas ( which i have never been) we took a limo to vincents to eat then went into the city to a place lips then to the roof top bar.
Even though you arent going away and dont have rich friends i am sure you are going to have a blast once peopel find out your the bride to be they are all super nice and trust me it will be all awsome n all about you :).
Try not to dewl on who is having a better time and you will enjoy your night even more.
I hope you ladies have an awsome bachelorette party and post all about it.

FH went to Atlantic City and I went to Vegas. He was jealous, but his friends so much fun that they had an amazing time.

We had an amazing time too.

I understand why you feel jipped...but think of it this way...
Your girls hav to pay ALOT more then a groomsman does, between showers, dresses, hair make up and so on and so on.

But you get the shower...he doesn't! :) (although im sure the boys don't mind missing out on that!) I guess you just have to put that into account sometimes too!
