no heat in my house!!!!!!!!!

hi ladies


it been 10 hours since
we had no heat, and we are still waiting for this smuck to come to the house to fix the boiler.i am gettting cold, my poor mother is freezing, she is in te bed keeping warm, and i am upstairs venting to you guys, i want to take a shower so badly right now. if this person desnt come in the next hour, i going to fh house to take a shower!!!!!!

thank you , i am still waiting for this smuck to come to my house. he said he is around the area, that bull crap he is not!!!he said that 3 hours ago!!!!!
