So we got an email today explaining about our email and internet policy and how we can only use it for work purposes and if we don't abide by this we will be disciplined or fired so no more LIW for me only at night or on the weekend
What will i do......

Gosh!!!! I am trying to get away with it as well. I hope I don't get an email like that. If I do, I will tell them I only do it during lunch time.

I feel your pain...we can't get on to any sites @ work. I work in a hospital so they can track EVERYTHING...so annoying
