I just took my nails off too and I hate it. I figured since FH was saying he couldn't afford to go to the gym because we're saving for the wedding I had to give up something too.
I am a nail biter also so it's been hard for me, but I painted them on tuesday and haven't bitten since.

I took my silk wraps off and hate how my hands look but I cant keep dishing out all this money for my hair, nails, and the wedding. So the nails will take a backseat for now.

I'm a huge nail biter worst habit ever...but what I have found that works and right now the nails are looking wonderful is Sally Hansens 'Hard Nails' and then a coat of nail polish on top of that...I don't bite my fingers if I have polish on them. Try to always wear polish and then to think it's poison if you eat it ...lol It works for me
