NO MORE Suspense....UPDATED!!!!!

My dear, dear friend had her baby this morning - she went in for a scheduled c-section, due to a low lying placenta. Her EDD was supposed to be November 10th. I KNOW she had to be at the hospital by 6:30AM, and that they were taking her into the OR by 9:00AM.

At 11:40AM this morning, her cousin called me to see if I heard the news yet (she had gotten a message already, and she already knew the baby's gender!) - BUT, she refused to tell me what my friend had! I know she wants my friend or my friend's hubby to break the news to me - BUT I AM DYING TO KNOW RIGHT NOW!!!

My friend's cousin did say that Mommy and Baby are GREAT, (for which I am supremely thankful)! I am sooooooo happy....I don't know if you ladies remember, but this is my very dear childhood friend who struggled through 5 years of infertility before finally conceiving through IVF. My friends just celebrated their 8 year wedding anniversary on Wednesday! What a gift, right?

Carolyn Ann - 5lbs. 15 oz. - she was taken 3 weeks early, so she's in the NICU for a little while, but Mommy and baby are doing great! Thanks for letting me share!

Call the hospital & ask for her room! I would!!

Tracy, she is in Maryland, and I don't know what hospital she is in Otherwise, I TOTALLY would!

They are ALL at the hospital! I am growing really impatient!

My friend did the same exact thing to me. She called and left a message that she had the baby but didn't leave the baby's gender in the message!! When I got home it was too late to call - I had to wait until the next day and I was so P!ssed off that she didn't tell me.
