No One Is Calling Me back!!!!

Ok so I called in to the Red Roof Inn to speak to a manger about the whole block thing that happen last night........
To see if I could get to the bottom of what this guy put in the computer last night.........I left a message around 10, and still waiting....

Last night I also called a different hotel that I contacted last week to maybe talk about prices and rooms(because Red Roof got me all last night )
And I'm still wait to hear back from them......
I don't want to sound annoying and keep calling but come on......

Anyway I can't wait for today to be over!!!!!!

yeah i HATE that!!!

Maybe wait until after the new year, they might be busy this week.

I also had an issue with my hotel getting in touch with the lady who booked the rooms. It took forever to reach her, and I had to speak to a manager and explain that I was getting the runaround with her. After that, she got in touch with me right away- and put everything through for me. Sometimes you just have to tell them how unhappy you are with their service and let them know you will go someplace else to get anything done..... I was VERY annoyed with them. They are lucky that my Fh is calmer than I am lol
