Think of the top guys at our companies. They all stick to business being 100% corporate not pleasure and cattyness...

Oh I think we've seen enough companies (top ones) where that is certainly not the case (I am not speaking of Martha)...I think to be a leader you have to motivate.....I think Kwame is probably the most intelligent (and probably the nicest from the bunch but they all seem nice, the ones that are left), but he is soft spoken and I don't think he would get people motivated.

I think Troy will win.

I work in entertainment and got it from an inside source but I'm not sure how true it is.

me too....I've heard that the winner will be revealed live on April 15. That's why I'm not sure if what my source tells me is true.

However, this person also told me who the winner was for Next Top Model a while back and was right....so who knows.

I see Amy, Bill and Troy as being in the final 3, with either Bill or Amy winning, but I can't be sure. Troy is very enthusiastic. I got the feeling that Nick was the next to go from the previews of next week - there's a scene where Amy is telling Nick he should just keep his mouth shut and listen sometimes, and then the next scene they are in the boardroom and Donald says 'You should have kept your mouth shut. You're fired.' Seems like it could be a little foreshadowing to me...

I believe last night was the first time Kwame won when he was project manager. I think he's been keeping quiet and that's how he's got this far but when you look back on things, he's an awful leader and he never has any ideas.

I think the final three, which is what it will be in the final episode, will be Troy, Amy and Bill. Not sure yet who's going to win.

I think NIck is gone next week and I think he should be gone. What did he do last night? He slept on the bus, he didn't have any ideas, he didn't negotiate the car rental. What good was he?

Did anyone read the article in the Post this week ( Monday or Tuesday) about what Katrina said. I heard about it on the radio and then picked up the paper. Katrina was in a club this past weekend and people kept bothering her ( asking who won) . So supposedly, it was 2 in the morning and she told everyone who the winner is. So they wrote who she said won in the paper but said they don't know if it is true or not. I don't want to say who she said it was because I don't want to ruin it for any one.
