NO PRIEST!

NO PRIEST!

Well, Father Wilshere cannot do my ceremony. He has another wedding at the same time. Which stinks. Has anybody heard of or used Father Sal Yumana or Father Gioa? How about Father Jim O'Brien? Thanks guys....any help would be greatly appreciated (and I know all the 'no sacrament', 'not recognized' outside of church issues!)

Jenny,

Really, wow .. he must of just booked, because he was suppose to meet you before. I've heard of Father Gioa - he is not a married priest, I think, he is retired - I think he is Father Ferenbacher's backup. I spoke to Father O'Brien and he recommended Fr. Wilshire to me because our date was booked with him. He seemed nice. Same deal, he's married. But I think he is a little bit more money. I'm so sorry to hear about Fr. Wilshire. I have Yumana's number and I have a phone number for Fr. Allman, if you need, but I haven't spoke to either.

Good Luck!

Maybe I will try O'Brien - if you have his number that would be great. (The Fehrenbacher guy kind of freaked me out when I spoke to him) I know - I think Father Wilshere got confused - he feels really badly. He's so sweet. Any numbers would be SO helpful! Thanks Cira.

My future BIL was married by Father Gioa, and I hear the ceremony was beautiful (it was before I met my FH). We almost used him for our wedding, but decided to get married in the church. I *think* he may do masses in a church in Manhattan, although I could be misinformed. That is what my FSIL told me when we were trying to decide about 10 months ago.

Jenny,

I am using Rev. Robert Allmen on a recommendation from a co-worker and her ceremony was beautiful. I have talked to him and he seems so nice, I have to say he books up pretty fast but if you want his number, let me know.

We used Father Fehrenbacher. I wouldn't say he was the absolute best and rave about him but he did get the job done. I really liked him when we met with him - he does have a good personality and sense of humor. But, the ceremony was really short, quick and impersonal.

Jenny,

Fr. Allman 631-723-2012
Fr. Ymana 516-868-2512

I have O'Brien and Goia's numbers at home. I'll post them later!
Good Luck!
