Most of the BP lives out of town and will be gettingin late Friday night and the wedding is early Saturday morning.... I'm assuming adults can walk 2 by 2 slowly on cue without running through it? But is that really bad???
i'm sort of nervous now....

Re: No Rehearsal?
In Jewish weddings we don't traditionally do rehersals - it's considered bad luck. I don't think it's a big deal not to have a rehearsal. If you want, you can have everyone do a run through right before the ceremony (you may not want to take part in this).

Re: No Rehearsal?
It's funny...I was wondering the same thing as well. What exactly is the point of the rehearsal? It's really not rocket science, lol. I only have a MOH, BM, 2 FGs and a RB in my wedding party. So it's not like there's a lot of people to have to worry about mass confusion. I'd like to hear some input on this as well.

Re: No Rehearsal?
i'm getting married at 10am on saturday and am having my rehearsal thursday night. not all my BMs can make it, but most will come in to town on thursday.
i thought rehearsals were silly too...until i was in 3 weddings. 3 TOTALLY different weddings--with where they wanted us to stand, where they wanted us to sit, when to move, etc.

Re: No Rehearsal?
I would actually prefer NOT to have a rehearsal even though I think my church might make us As one poster said above, not rocket science....

Re: No Rehearsal?
I have no wedding party to speak of - MOH and BM; and the ceremony is at the the RH so we are doing a 'quick practice' the day of!! A little nerve wracking... but for the most part no rehearsal!

I'm not having a rehearsal. I was nervous at first about this, but I have convinced myself it will be fine. Dont worry!

Re: No Rehearsal?
That's the problem I am having with my church is when to have it...because the day before my wedding is All Saints day but the priest didn't say I could't do it b/c if that he just said that Mondays and Tuesdays are better for him. Most of my BP is from out of town and can't make that then....so my q is...is it required by the church?!
