i think someone posted about this the other day---its become a common practice that is growing in RH's. timber point is known for having their no-shot policy. they do it, mainly cause too often ppl who go to weddings and the booze is free, might go overboard on the shots....and then get in their car and drive home. if their is an accident, later on, the RH could be held responsible for serving them too much.

It seems like most places are having a no shot policy, my RH is included.

We went to a wedding at your RH last year and shots were flying so unless they didnt' change it since...you should be ok!

I agree with the other girls - it's becoming more and more commonplace. It's a way for the RH's to protect themselves...people can get drunk much quicker with shots & if they get hurt - their family can sue...

I wonder what Leonard's policy is??? I never thought to ask about shots.....Does anyone know?? I'm not a shot girl myself but I know some of my friends LOVE to do them.

I didn't even consider it...I am so used to going to events where there are no shots. I think it would be a bit tacky to have people around a bar doing shots at my wedding...yes, party, drink, have a good time, but dont act like its a saturday night out at the bar or a college party....

most have the no shot policy- bride and groom and bp will have NO problem getting shots from what I have seen at the weddings we attended AND most places will give 'shots' in a glass rather than a shot glass...
I have never seen this policy hinder anyones good time at a wedding
