So a few peoples stories didn't add up and figured out my shower is tomorrow. I feel so bad since I know how hard my mom worked and really wanted to 'get' me. Now I have to act like I really don't know, which is going to be sooooo hard. I'm excited and all....just wish the surprise wasn't ruined!

Yeah - you can still make it feel like a surprise!
What you do is some personal meditation in the car on the way over - find your 'calming zone', let your body relax; leave the radio turned off. Continue this as you walk into the venue. Calm, quiet thoughts.
Then, when everyone shouts 'Surprise', they'll scare the shlt out of you and voila! - you're surprised!

Just think of it like opening a can of refrigerated biscuits - you keep pressing the spoon to that seam, waiting for it to pop, YOU KNOW it's going to pop, and when it does it still startles the crap out of you. At least it does me![]()
