With things getting so hectic last minute, not to mention a death in the family, I don't think I will be able to coordinate a hair and make-up trial. Is that crazy? Did anyone else not have them? Or should I squeeze them in 2 days before??
I just want my hair down in loose curls, and my make-up artist has done my make-up before (although not for airbrushing)....

Re: no trials?
It depends on what you are comfortable with. I really wanted a trial.

Re: no trials?
I am not having a makeup trial bc the woman doing my makeup did it for my eparty...BUT I will tell you that I had an airbrush trial to see if I liked it and I didnt...it is a differnt kind of makeup so Id recc trying it before or if you cant do a trial and like what the person did the last time stick with that..HTH

Re: no trials?
I didn't have a make up trial and didn't want a hair trial but did it anyway. I have been going to her for my hair and make up for years so i didn't feel it was necessary. If you don't want to, don't do it. You'll save yourself time and money.

Re: no trials?
I didn't do trials. I used the regular girl that I go to for my hair, so I knew it would turn out well. For makeup, I had gotten my makeup done two months earlier at the salon I was using and thought that girl would be doing my makeup for my wedding, so I wasn't going to do a trial. Then two weeks before the wedding, I was there and saw that they had a new girl doing makeup. They offered to give me a free trial, but it was a week before the wedding and I didn't have time, so I didn't feel the need for it, and my makeup came out great and just the way I liked it on the day.
