We had the duet salad with the tomato and fresh mozzerella, delish!
The Sirloin, omg! We didn't even need steak knives, it was so tender! The port wine sauce is very light, not overpowering, very complimenting to the steak!
Chicken Florentine was delish!!!!!!!! Not something you see too often at weddings!

Have you been to a showcase yet to taste the CH food?

No We had to cancel our 1st appt with them for a tasting cause i got the stomach bug and now they e-mailed me for another one but im trying to coordinate mine and FH's schedule. What else did they give you? Did they throw any freebies in?

Oh, gotcha ... The food I listed was pretty much everything for this tasting. I've been to a showcase there, where we tried a lot of the CH food.

We are getting the Cheesecake sundae bar - its so damm cute!!

I just found out that we can have a signature drink - are you doing this?

Don't be sorry, its cool ... We are doing a full boat Viennese hour, and had them give us the Cheesecake bar, because we booked them within the first week of visiting. I think we have a 100 guest guarantee, but Rich was kind of expecting us to have 150 guests, and we just told him that's not happening due to finances, lol ...

Since we took someones date who cancelled of their hands (we only booked a few months ago) they told me I only had to guarantee 70 i think but were shooting for that number since were gonna invite 100...finances are def an issue but its my vendors that are costing more than my RH. Make sure you remember me if you need a seat filler
