Ok, so FH and I can't get married in a Catholic Church as I'm still working on my annulment. We will do the Catholic ceremony in a year or two with just our immediate family looking on.
Does anyone know if another church will let us have the ceremony-was not sure how that worked. Have been trying to find just a non-denominational chapel or other location and don't seem to be having any luck. Not sure if we want to take the weather risk of an outdoor ceremony. And I was toying with the idea of just having the ceremony part be very small & intimate at someone's house with immediate family & very close friends and just invite everyone else to the reception but worried that's not fair to our other guests.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I have to make the final decision soon so we can get started on the invites.
Thanks.

Re: Non-Catholic Church question?
Where are you having the reception? A lot of reception sites have places for you to get married, you just have to provide an officant. I’m getting married at Fox Hollow and there is both an outdoor and indoor ceremony site.

Re: Non-Catholic Church question?
Well, as of right now, our ceremony will take place at our reception site (Knights of Columbus) but I was hoping to make the ceremony a little more special.
