Non-Denominational Church near Inn @ NHP

I am getting married in January 2010 and am STILL searching for a ceremony location. I am having my reception at the Inn @ New Hyde Park. They offer to let me do the ceremony there, but it just feels a little boring. I am not religious, but my FH is and we both feel like a non-denominational church is a good compromise. My grandmother is a priest and will be doing the ceremony so I want her to be able to do it her way.

Does anyone have any suggestions? HELP!
