Are any of you guys having non-floral centerpieces? We were thinking about it, but are having some trouble coming up with cool ideas. Any suggestions from you brilliant brides?
The only wedding I've been to, where I saw this, they had fish vase with Japanese fighting fish in them, and a peace lily coming out of it ( I guess that's still floral than!). I have also heard of candle centerpieces.
I'v only seen candle centerpieces done instead of flowers and it was still beautiful...they did have rose petals scattered arround the candles and table...very romantic looking!
if ur not doing floral cp's who sets them up? i know if we did floral cps the florsit would set them up. Would the RH do it for u? i'm also thinking of not doing floral cp's.

my mother is making flowers out of jordan almonds and organza (see avatar) then we are going to put rose petals and votives. I wanted something that my mom made to be part of the wedding. she was going to make my dress but i live too far away from her to go to multiple fittings, so the centerpieces, ring pillow, money bag and purse are it from her! not to mention, we have over 20 tables which means a lot of $ on centerpieces that i don't care for much

ours are going to be tiered diplay with cookies....no pictures yet but bm's and I will be making them and our rh will set them out on the tables
