Non Religious Officiant Pref Bilingual

Hello Again,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend an officiant/justice of the peace that does non religious ceremonies.

If they did bilingual (span/eng) ceremonies it would be great!!

Thanks,

I do not think he is bilingual but Minister Keith Gugliuzza does non-denominational/non religious.
