Non-Religious 'Pre-Cana' Type Counseling?

Non-Religious 'Pre-Cana' Type Counseling?

Is there such a thing? I would like to go to a few meetings. I think it teaches about the importance of marriage, however we are not too religious, anyone have any recommendations? Thanks all!

You could just go to a couple of sessions of couples counseling. We go and believe me it helps so much, especially w/ communication issues.
I think everybody could benefit from it.
