Non wedding party help...
I was hoping that you girls would be able to help me brainstorm some ideas. Im helping a friend throw a party. We found a place but b/c its a certain style of decor, we would have to go with it and try to play up the atmosphere.
Having trouble of thinking of good decor, favor guestbook, entertainment, ideas and could really use your help.
The concept would be 'copacabana in its hey day'..or something similiar. The party is for a girl thats all about glitz and glamour so nothing cheesy.
It would be a cocktail party with passed hor'ds...so there are not really tables in the traditional sense. Just a few different seating areas, a big bar and a an open area to dance and mingle.
