nooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! :-(

as i drove into work this morning, i noticed that one of the small side-diamonds on my e-ring was missing

This is extra-annoying because FH has been trying to call the guy who made the ring to have it fixed for the past 2 months! (i went to get it appraised and the woman told me it wasn't set well) ...

FH spoke to the guy a week ago and the guy claimed he was going on vacation until the middle of february ... but when FH called the guy this morning, he was told to bring the ring in and he'll fix it immediately.

i mean, i'm happy it will be fixed, but *** ... why couldn't he make this appointment with us BEFORE the diamond was lost!

i'm just so frustrated at this idiot ring maker guy

and so frustrated that i have to be 'naked' today

edited to change M-I-A to 'missing in action'

that is really annoying... at least he is going to fix it asap... i would find a new jeweler after this

That happen to me too!!! On my 26th bday! I was sitting in the hair salon with color in my hair and noticed it. I was crying when I called FH and he blamed the jeweler b/c the stone had 'a slight hairline stratch in it' and turned out to be a crack. So they fixed it for free. Don't stress it. Just go back to the jeweler and say 'fix please'

Yeah, FH spoke to the jeweler and the jeweler said there would be no charge.

This is what happens when FH uses 'his family's' connections ... they're all awful.

anyway, i should hopefully have my sparkly back in the next few days.
