North Fork Caterers - Your reviews?

Hi there,
I am looking to book a wedding at Martha Clara and am looking for your recommendations for delicous but affordable caterers.

We have called around and like PS Caterers best, but they are the most expensive. Cheapest is Irish Coffee Pub, and next is Christopher Michael/Jamesport Country Kitchen.

Has anyone worked with these vendors? What was your experience? Can you think of any good ones I am missing?

My cousin is getting married at The Vineyard Caterers in Aquebogue. I had my Prom there and it was nice. I dont remember the specifics though- Sorry! I'd look into them though.
