North Fork Chip Trivia
last week, I called up North Fork Chips to place an order for our OOT bags.
The lady who answered the phone did not speak english very well so I told her i would call back later.
A few hours later, I got a call from the owner of North Fork Chips. I guess I had my number in their caller id.
The lady was LOVELY and asked where I was getting married.
I told her my church was in Aquebogue and she said 'are you getting married at Our Lady of Ostrabrama?'
And I said 'yes, why?'
She said 'that's where our potato farm is!!!! It's in the back of your church.' Not only do they grow their potatos there, her husband is third generation farmer whose great grandparents helped BUILD that church.
How cool is it that we'll be eating chips that were grown in the back of the church????![]()
