North Korea today publically admitted to having nuclear capabilities and says that they are not interested in returning to talks with the US about disarming. So, my question is how long before you think good ole' Georgie attacks. Or, do you think that he only attacks countries without nuclear capibilities?

Re: North Korea
George porgie puddin & pie won't attack until he feels that N. Korea is somehow interfering with our commercial interests. If they had oil, it wouldn't take so long to get to that point

He will go after N.Korea once the Iraq situation is finally done and under control.
My guess would be early next year.

You are more of an optimist then I am if you think the the Iraq situation will be over by early next year.
Do you think it will be N. Korea before Iran?

Re: North Korea
You do realize how many soldiers we already have in Korea who are stationed there and have been for years.. and well Iran is right near Afganinstan.
Put some faith in our military both of those countries are bad.

Re: North Korea
So 3 wars during a presidential term? Isn't that a record? I don't see how we could make a transition from a war in Iraq and go into another one with either N. Korea or Iran. We would need a lot of support from other countries besides just Great Britain. Who knows, by that he time we finish in Iraq and even entertain the idea of another pre-emptive strike, Tony Blair may no longer be in power in Great Britain.

Yes, I am aware of the fact that the US military has outposts all over the world ( I come from a military family ). My question has nothing to do with my faith or lack of it in our brave men and women serving. It has to do with lack of faith in our leader.

Re: North Korea
What does Georgie Porgie care? This is his last term...he doesn't have to worry too much about what he does. My feelings are he won't go near N. Korea unless he has a commercial interest.
