I know they recommend the inn at fox hollow, but I was hoping for someplace with a shuttle and someplace that would have a bar or a place to hang out afterwards....you know of anything in the area?

I used the Holiday Inn in Plainview for my wedding at NRC and recommend them. It has a restaurant which has a bar and dance floor for the evening hours. We hung out there to like 3am! We also had a brunch there the next morning. It was a great time. The regular rate is about $139 but the block rate was $109.

They do not have shuttle buses (we rented our own). It is about a 7 minute drive.

DH and I looked all over for a reasonable priced hotel with a bar. We didn't find many. Most of our friends and family who stayed overnight were not out of towners and do not need luxury - but more convenience. It was a perfect match for us.
