I didn't have my wedding there yet but I recall Niecey said in a post that they prefer you seat 10-12 people per table.

I went to NRC for a band showcase recently and purposely counted the number of chairs around the table because I am a NRC bride too. I was shocked, they had twelve chairs around each table and it was not cramped at all. I think I would prefer to do ten, but if you opted for twelve, I think it would still be comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised because before I went I thought I would be putting eight at a table.

We just completed our seating chart and we have a mix of 10 & 12 with one 9 person table.

They told me 10-12 per table. I tried to stay at 10. I had 1 or 2 tables of 12. I had a couple 8's and 9's too. I think I used 16 or 17 tables.

A long time ago I posted a scanned picture of the seating chart they gave me. You may be able to dig that up. (You can use as many tables as you want from that and you don't have to keep them in that order..for example in the corner by the entrance they set it for 4 tables. I only put three there.)

I think I am going to do 10 per table-they told me 10-12 per table as well--i'd like to keep it to 10- i think they go to a different shaped table after a certain amount, right
