I wasn't told either but Kim filled me in!!! I'm not sure why they didn't invite us?

I think unless you ask to go earlier, they tell you closer to making your menu. I asked to go early so I went in November. There food is amazing!! No worries!!

I went to a tasting shortly after we booked because we requested it. Normally they do tastings closer to your wedding. Their food is fabulous! You have nothing to worry about!

This is true. We have decided not to go until closer to the wedding date (they won't let you go twice) so that the taste is fresh in our minds!! lol

I am not worried about it based on the positive feedback multiple brides have given.
