NORTH RITZ CLUB???

I've been to visit the NRC and heard a lot of great things about their food and service since. The facility is beautiful and I like its only one event at a time The staff was wonderful and very through during my visit. Tues. (tomm. 2/5/08) I have a sit down with them alongside my FH and my parents. During my 1st visit they mentioned 'throw ins' if I guart. 200. I was wondering 2 things what prices quotes anyone may have gotten and #2 what 'throw ins' they offered? Any NRC brides of the past I was really hoping to get your input too.

'FM' is Forum Mail..if you look at the top theres a little tab you can click on to view your mail. Also when you receive one a pick/redish box drops down on the screen to click on to view the msg

Wow - that's early for a tasting! My wedding is in October and my tasting is on Feb 27th.

I havent even set up my tasting yet! I was waiting more towards the summer so I can actually remember what things I liked lol also everyone says take lots of notes! So i plan on doing that too

My wedding was there in November. I didn't have a tasting until September so don't worry about that but be on them about the tasting. They kept putting me off for some reason and that was the last one before my wedding. That was the only thing that annoyed me about the NRC.

As for throw-ins, I had 253 people I think. From what I remember, they threw in an ice sculpture and an extra station for CH. I also had 6 or 7 types of beer instead of the 3 or 4 they allow you. Oh, they threw in Intermezzo too.

Tip for future NRC brides: wait to negotiate until the end. I dealt with Ida, who is wonderful but all business. George was a little more flexible. And my other advice re: George: tip him well! He earns every penny!
