Hey ladies I was wondering if anyone has/or is planning on using the votiv candle placecards. I heard somewhere that they are a little strict with candles but I wasnt sure if it was with the centerpieces or not.

we arent doing votive placecards, but we are having votives around our centerpieces. our florist is pedestals (who is a house vendor at NRC) so i'm assuming they would have told us if NRC had a problem with votives around the centerpieces.

you're probably best to call and ask? i know the 'candles' in the CH room are electric, but so far they have been super accommodating with things that I expected to be a potential problem (ex: throwing rose petals or rice in the ceremony room, etc)

we considered doing them, and asked ida at the time if it was ok to do them. she said it was. i think there is an 06er who had them there who did a review ... maybe JMJbride?

we decided not to use them because it seemed a little impractical in function ... we didn't want anyone to burn themselves with the hot glass/wax/fire.

i would call and ask them directly, just to make sure no policies have changed
