If you do a search on here, you'll find many posts about the NRC. I was at a wedding there a few months ago and wasn't impressed at all with the food. We left hungry actually. The place itself is beautiful though.
definietly do a search - you will find that 95% of the reviews, etc are POSITIVE!
Search back for my review! I got married there in late October - posted my review in November some time. All I can saw is it was wonderful. I had not one complaint. I was asking my mom and family to make a complaint (and my mom is critical) and couldn't get one! I am very surprised about Vicki's food comment because that is the one thing people gushed over...how much and how good the food was. FM me if you have questions.
