Hi Im new the to the site. I am having my wedding at NRC. I noticed some brides have taken pics at the NRC and some others have a huge mansion in the background of thier professional pics... does anyone know where that is.. im not from li so i dont recognize it. is it close to the NRC?? helpp!!!

Rained on my day so I had to do pics at NRC. The mansion you are seeing in some pics is probably Old Westbury Gardens.

Hi! Congrats! I'm getting married there, too! Make sure you find the North Ritz Club Thread and check it out! The mansion that you're referrig to may be the mansion at Old Westbury Gardens in Westbury. Yea, I agree with the other girls - the mansion is probably Old Westbury Gardens. I just booked to have my pics taken there. You should check out their website!

I'm NRC and we're taking pics at Chelsea Mansion in Muttontown. They have lots of indoor/outdoor photo options.
Our church is in Brookville so we'll be really close to the mansion.
You rent it for 3 hours by the way...

ive been looking for a place close to the nrc to take pics because my church is in brooklyn . these are some places i was going to look at. (in case anyone else is interested) ill add the chelsea mansion to my list..
btw do you know their fee? i didnt want to spend that much (well FH didnt.. grr... i dont mind ;)
