i think the first course is a comingation course. choice of 3 types of salads and then 3 different toppings (grilled vegetables, tomato and mozzerlla and something else.) they offer pasta dishes for a second course for $3 pp more.

i might try to haggle with them to give me the pasta dish for free. we are having a kosher style recetion so we will not be having any shrimp, calamari, mussles etc. i think they should replace that with the pasta. hopefully it will work out.

it is very limited on teh site = i was positive they had more stuff

Found it!
Tri color salad-endive raddicho, arrugula with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

mixed greens-assortment of baby lettuces, cartors, cucumber with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing

greek salad- romaine lettuce with kalamata olives, tomato, cucumber, and feta cheese with imported red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing

caesar salad-romaine lettuce served with shaved parmesan cheese and garlic croutons

salad topping suggestions: fresh sliced mozzarella and tomato, grilled vegetable tower, pears topped with goat cheese in a light raspberry vinaigrette, sun dried cranberries with candied walnuts topped with a hint of blue cheese dressing

I havent tasted it yet but that is the one i am getting - i am having a pear theme so the pears work out PERFECTLY!!

all of the salads tasted great! you can't go wrong with any of them. we are going to get the mixed greens with the grilled vegetables.

i was really against it because i thought most ppl dont like rhaspberry (at least i dont), but then it was just sooo good when FH made me taste it. its definitely what i am choosing!

I liked all the salads, personally I'm partial to the baby greens, w/ the tomato and mozeralla on top, but my FI wants the ceasar salad. I don't think you can put a topping on that though...
