North Ritz Club brides:

What filing did you get for your cake - i had my final yesterday - but i dont know if i'm happy with my choice - we chose yellow sponge cake with raspberry filling - i was thinking of changing it to chocolage cake with raspberry filling -

what did everyone choose?

I had vanilla or yellow cake with strawberry filling....I don't know how their chocolate cakes taste.

Did you taste it? what did your guests say about it? What kind of frosting did you get - buttercream or wipped cream?

I asked for buttercream, but it tasted like whipped cream, I'm not sure,
Iv'e tasted really creamy smooth buttercream at bakeries and it didn't really taste like that. I didn't mention it day of the wedding, I wasn't that focused on the taste of the cake. Their cakes are basic, not amazing, not gross, just average.

I will let you know after my wedding on Saturday!!!!!! WOOHOO!! We chose a square chocolate fudge outside and a chocolate inside with raspberry filling!! we also are having the layers off centered like gift boxes!

we picked yellow cake with strawberry filling and buttercream icing. it will be round and stacked, smooth with little dots all around.

I'm a chocoholic- I chose chocolate cake with chocolate pudding and white whipped cream.
My FH thought that was too much choc. but it's our wedding, we can pick what we want.

We're also having the viennese tables so the cake is minor compared to the other desserts they can choose from.

Let me tell you the touch of viennese that was on each table - Now those pastries were really good, Yummmmmyyyyy! I ate some of those after the wedding at night, they packed some for me and those were great!
