NORTH RITZ CLUB BRIDES HELP

I was wondering if I am supposed to call NRC to set up final meeting to go over menu and all that good stuff or do they call or mail a notification letting me know to set up an appointment???

Also, does NRC do a cake tasting? Is that the same as the final meeting or a seperate meeting?

I dont think they do cake testing but i hear alllllllll goooooood things bout the cake...

As far as meeting with them.. doesn't hurt to call and ask.. I wouldn't know that answer bc my wedding isn't til next year!!!
