North Ritz Club Review

For all you NRC brides concerned about the fence: THE FENCE IS UP!!!

I went to the North Ritz Club last night for a dinner dance. This was my first 'event' at the NRC. ( I am getting married there next year.)

First I will start off with the ****tail hour. Absolutely AMAZING!! We were lucky to have such a beautiful day out yesterday so we got to experience the outside feel for the ****tail hour. The grounds are simply beautiful !!! I only hope that on my wedding day it will be a nice day out too because IMO it makes such a difference to have the ****tail hour outside. They had the plastic cast iron look alike furniture and it looked so beautiful and elegant. Also, they added two marble bars outside and the one great thing about the bars is that they are not these small rolling bars that many catering halls typically have. The new outside bars are big!! The food at the ****tail hour was the best!!! and I am not just saying this because I am having my wedding there. We all loved it!! The food was fresh and they had a lot of variety and different things. (not your typical ****tail hour food). For instance they had crepes with duck (SOOOO DELICIOUS!!!), shrimp, lobster...I could go on and on!! Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh and great!!!! Excellent service too!!

The service overall was the one thing that impressed me the most!! THere were over 300 people at the dinner dance last night and there was always someone asking us if we needed anything else or if everything was good. Excellent excellent service ladies....not to worry!!

The appetizer consisted of shrimp and something else. ( i was too busy dancing at that point) but I had it and it was really really really good!! FOr main course I had the filet mignon and my FH had the veal marsala and my mom had the fish. All three were DELICIOUS and EXCELLENT!!!! Overall the food at the NRC in my opinion (and i am very picky when it comes to food) is comparable to a five star restaurant.

To all future brides getting married at the NRC, you have nothing to worry about!!! Everything was top knotch !! I was very impressed and extremely happy with the food and very impressed with the service....I give it a 10++++++ !!!!!!

Edited to add: FOR ALL YOU GREEK GIRLS GETTING MARRIED AND AND HAVING DELTA AS YOUR BAND-They were there last night and the did a really great job!! I would def. reccommend checking them out if you are looking for a greek band!

I know Angela and she is a very very picky eater, if she says its good than that means it is really good. Congrats for picking such a wonderful place! Your getting me sooo excited to go to your wedding and it is still long away.

that is great to hear about the review I am so happy about the fence...

Did they have valet parking? I heard thet Jericho Turnike gets backed up from the other halls, just wondering how it was here...
