I have appts. at all three places on Friday. From what ppl. have told me and the websites my order of perference are North Ritz, Floral Terrace and then Fox Hollow. But $$ will be a big part, we are having 300 ppl.
Does anyone have reviews on these halls?

Check out the Brides Review board and do a search. I'm sure there are countless reviews on there. By the way, the NRC is awesome....but then again I am biased.

North Ritz will negotiate....be willing to walk away. North Ritz is great!!

I got married at the North Ritz on a Friday in September. We had about 270 people. We were orginally quoted as $100 per person but my DH got them to go down to $85 after some negotiating (we asked them to not put bottle of wines on each table, etc). They also agreed to put in the seafood station at the cocktail hour for $7 per person instead of the $10 so we wound up paying $92 per person.
They were unbelievable and did such an amazing job. I also went as a guest to a wedding there and that was great too.
IF you can't bring them down in price from their original quote see what they are willing to add in.

Went to a wedding at North Ritz it was awsome... cocktail, band, vieneese... everything was great, one of the best weddings I have been too!

I'm a Fox Hollow bride and i love it! Wonderful beautiful place, but I have to say it might not be able to work for you because you're having so many guests. I'm pretty sure that their largest room only holds 280 people max.

I saw Fox Hollow. I thought it was very nice. It is perfect for a small wedding but for someone like me with a guest list of 300, no way. It is beautiful inside and has some great picture spots.

According to Fox Hollow's website they say that the Garden Terrace Room can accomodate 300 ppl. Do you disagree w/that?

In my honest opinion, there is no way they can comfortably fit 300 people. I saw the Garden Terrace room and to me it is way too tight.

I agree my best friend is getting married there in 2007 and she is getting married in the biggest room and has 185 guests. 300 guests would probably be sitting on top of one another. Although I must say the room is beautiful and completely seperate from the others.
