Which hotel are you using? If you're doing a morning after brunch, can you do it in your hotel? If not, where are you doing it? Thanks.

We booked the Melville Marriott at LIE exit 49. Depending upon how many people you have, you can either book a separate small banquet room for brunch, or you can use the restaurant for breakfast. We had a small group, so just bout breakfast 'tickets' for everyone and they came down to eat whenever they were ready.
The other hotel we considered was the Four Points Sheraton, at LIE exit 48 - but we got a better room rate at the Marriott.

I blocked rooms at the fox hollow. Best choice ever. They were super accomodating and they offer a free breakfast buffet for guests at the hotel

There is also another hotel off of exit 48 - I think a Hilton Garden Inn. Get off at 48, go down to the light and make a right, the hotel is on the left. I can picture it but just not the name. It wasn't open when I got married.
