I am getting married at Creswood Manor in NP and I want to take pic at the harbor there. Does anyone know if there is a fee or registration for this?

im from there... everyone takes there pre-prom pics there (some even hired pro photographers) and no one needed any kind of permit

I'm from Npt and took pictures down there before our reception. We didn't pay a fee and had absolutely no problems. it was a beautiful backdrop for pictures- you'll love it!
