logically i dont feel like it would be necessary to need a permit to take pictures but i want to check anyway and OF COURSE the northport chamber of commerce doesnt answer my emails or phone calls.
Does anyone know?

nope. I had my epics done there a couple of weeks ago (in my album) and we just walked around everywhere with our photographer. No permit needed.
