Please don't be offended, but I have a very nosy, personal question. We are starting to look for wedding bands and I really have NO IDEA what they cost. I don't want to look for something that is totally out of our league, but I have no idea the average costs. They don't cost as much as e-rings, do they??? I hope not! Does anyone wish to please share their prices, you can FM me if you want. I would like an all diamond band, but it depends on the price. Where do they start??? Thanks, and please don't be offended! I am just very curious.

a good idea would just be to check out some jewelry sites online that you're interested in. they'll have the prices on there. i dont' have mine yet but the one i want is about $2500. FH's was about $2000. it all depends on what you want and the quality/size of the diamonds. just do some research online so you're prepared

Oh, I could care less about sharing, we all have seen how much these things cost! Fh wanted a Titanium and gold band, and we were able to get it for $200, but it was originally $500. The guy who sold FH my ering loved him and they became buddy buddy, so we got money off. Now, my wedding band is another story. I originally got a wrap, which I am wearing now, and it was $900 for another 3/4 carats. THEN, I decided I wanted a five stone band last week and that has set us back another $1800. But shop around, there are so many different prices. I could have gotten a cheaper band, but the diamonds were all yellow compared to my ering, so we went with the more expensive one. Good Luck!

ours both will cost about 2500-3000 - fh wanted a simple-ish gold band which was cheaper, but i wanted a little more and got a diamond band matching my e-ring....shop around and be honest about your budget to see if they will work with you!

Fortunoff has alot to choose from. They can run from $400 and up depending on if you want white gold or platinum. But definitely do a search online.

I am not getting a fancy band neither is FH because 1) we don't have the $$ and 2) our style is more laid back. I am getting the matching band to my e-ring, I have seen versions of it from $400- $1200 (that is platinum with small diamonds). FH has no idea yet what he wants but we probably went spend more than in the range of $500-$1000.
