so last night i started having a painful feeling in my arm and shoulder.. I havent been to the gym this week and now i am at the point of not being able to lift my arm over my head and my arm feels better while bent across my chest..
Going to orthopedist at 1 today, was tempting the ER Fingers crossed it minor Wedding is 10 Weeks away....

Thank you- just got back and its a swelled Rotator Cuff He gave me a cortizone shot and some meds

Thank you- still sad but glad its not any worse i Didnt want to be bandaged up or in a sling :) 10 weeks to go!!
