So dizzy. Tried to get in to see the ENT, but they can't see me for 3 weeks *sighs*

Are you taking whatever the hospital gave you? I'm so sorry you feel awful. I have been there w the dizzy spells (BP related, but still) and sometimes have pressure in my ears and head when the weather changes.
Try staring at a focal point and not walking.

yes I'm following the directions precisely. Its helping a little, but just stinks!
Next time the dizziness comes, I'll try your suggestion, thank-you!!
