Not feeling so great

about myself right now...I was just looking through old picture and I've gained so much weight. I can't seem to take it off...

Just felt like venting a little...

I have the same feeling...it's tough!!! But you can't be down on yourself. I know that when I put myself down I eat more or just say 'who cares!'

FH loves you for you and plus you look great!

I feel your pain... I found an old pair of jeans... it was depressing. So I ate some chocolate

Feel the same too. Just stay positive! When I feel down I just want to eat more and then feel guilty afterward.

I'm starting to feel that way too. I haven't really been trying to lose weight though. I started going to the gym again but then we had that snow storm and I lost my motivation. I would really like to lose 5-8 pounds before the wedding. I just love to eat!
