Since I hadn't heard anything about my gown yet (and I ordered it last June) I called Paradise. They claim someone had called and left a message but I definitely didn't get one. I only have one phone (my cell) and I know they have the right number because they called me to tell me the FG dress was in. Just kind of disappointed that I never 'got the call'.

if i were you i wuold go over there in person because that is almost a year for a gown. these places you have to be on their back because they have so many other orders that they sometimes dont care about others. go in person to them because calling sometimes doesnt work.

I agree, that is a long time to wait and not hear anything. Ask to speak directly to the manager when you go...sorry you are disappointed about the call.

When I called they told me it was in and that they had left me a message (thats what I meant to say). I scheduled my first fitting while I had them on the phone.

there's another post going right now that is complaining about Paradise Bridal. Sounds like you need to keep on top of this vendor. But the other post subject starts with something like UPDATE 5/28 if you want to take a look.
