NOT happy with BB&B

I recevied my first gifts from my BB&B registry last night. One of the items was put in an oversized box (about 2'x3') that was put together so poorly that what little tape they used on the box was falling off and spreading crushed styrofoam peanuts everywhere. We live in a huge building, so FH left a trail of crushed peanuts through the lobby, in the elevator, in the hallway -- not to mention the mess once we got the box in the apt.

Ironically, after everything was cleaned up, we opened the box and saw that it was a Roomba vacuum.

I will be calling my BB&B 'registry consultant' this morning to let her know that I regret ever registering with them!

The gifts I have received from my BBB registry have been fine, but dealing with them for my sister's shower has been a nightmare!
